"What I like best about working with Colleen as my Travel Agent is that she's a travel person. By that I mean she's worked in the industry (hotels, airlines, other hospitality jobs) and is an avid traveler herself, and she likes both sides of it. That also means she knows what sorts of things can go wrong and is quick to head off any potential problems before you've even considered them (e.g., flight changes).

The other thing she does well is take on the difficult or less-fun aspects of travel, such as sit on hold with the airline for hours or argue with the tour company about what's included in your package so you don't have to.
